Chef to Order, or Chrissie, as I know her is an outstanding person and talent. I have a standing yearly event that she coordinates in every way possible. I host two Passover seders for 30 people and we talk every year before and after about what to do differently. She hires the appropriate staff to make sure the event is impeccable. She prepares a shopping list for me, including what needs to be bought way ahead and the day of. She cooks the meanest meals you can imagine. All my friends are insanely jealous of my seders. And, my 30 or so family members book their airline tickets from all over the country to be there. I can tell you that the food that Chrissie prepares is probably the biggest reason. I would like to say it is the family get together or the religious significance. But that's not true. It's Chrissie's food. I'm glad to talk to you in person and answer questions. I am just so impressed with Chrissie's ethics, drive, and expertise. She is a 15 out of 10!Jun 3, 2017

I have had Chrissie do numerous dinner events for me over the past few years. I always find her professionalism to be top grade. She doesn't only cook, but wants you to get in the mix with her as well by rolling your own veggie spring rolls, or lettuce burritos (yum!). She also shares with you how she does it. A++Oct 20, 2016

Chef Chrissie has done several lunch and learn sessions for our staff over the past 3 years. Chef Chrissie is very easy to work with and will accommodate any requests. Evaluation results from staff are always positive. Chrissie teaches us something new each time she comes out for a session. We are able to taste the food and it always delicious. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I worked with each customer to customized a menu, event, or class tailored to their needs and then price once we have decided on that. I'm always happy to create customized menus and classes that fit the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to speak with the client on the phone and discuss specifically what they are looking for, the price, the timeline, any questions they have for me, I put together a proposal that they agree upon, and we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Le Cordon Bleu Graduate with over 20 years of professional cooking experience from hotels, restaurants, test kitchens, private home catering, movie & commercial catering, food innovation, food styling, recipe testing and development, and food photography. In addition to this I have taught healthy cooking classes since 2005.
