- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I worked with each customer to customized a menu, event, or class tailored to their needs and then price once we have decided on that. I'm always happy to create customized menus and classes that fit the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the client on the phone and discuss specifically what they are looking for, the price, the timeline, any questions they have for me, I put together a proposal that they agree upon, and we move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Le Cordon Bleu Graduate with over 20 years of professional cooking experience from hotels, restaurants, test kitchens, private home catering, movie & commercial catering, food innovation, food styling, recipe testing and development, and food photography. In addition to this I have taught healthy cooking classes since 2005.
