We are truly sorry that you felt dissatisfied, because from our side we honestly worked very hard to go far beyond the Standard Cleaning service that was originally requested and confirmed with you before starting the job. As we always do with every client, we carefully confirmed the type of cleaning requested upon arrival to avoid any misunderstandings. At that moment, you confirmed that the service needed was a Standard Cleaning. However, once we started cleaning, we noticed that many areas of the apartment required deep cleaning attention due to buildup that had accumulated over a long period of time. Even so, we completed many additional deep cleaning tasks at no extra charge, including: • deep cleaning all interior windows and window frames, • cleaning heavily soiled baseboards throughout the apartment, • removing stains and buildup from doors and door frames, • cleaning ceiling fans that had clearly not been cleaned in a long time, • and addressing extremely dirty floors that required multiple water changes during mopping due to the amount of dirt buildup. You also requested oven and refrigerator cleaning, which were completed as agreed. At the end of the service, as we always do, we asked you to inspect the apartment carefully before we left. You reviewed the cleaning, approved the service, and the few small touch-ups you requested were immediately corrected on the spot, including additional attention to a difficult grease area near the stove drawer. Throughout the appointment, several additional tasks outside the original scope of work were requested, including exterior areas, staircase cleaning, and other spaces that were not part of the original Standard Cleaning service. Even so, we still completed additional work and only charged symbolic amounts for some of those extra requests. According to the information clearly stated on our Thumbtack profile, a Standard Cleaning covers up to 2.5 hours. Despite this, we remained at the property for approximately 4.5 hours to make sure as much as possible was completed for you. At no point did we rush the service or mention another client. We take punctuality, professionalism, and respect for every customer very seriously, which is consistently reflected in the many 5-star reviews we have received over time. We always strive to help our clients as much as possible and genuinely did our best to deliver a good result under the circumstances.
