Felix did some work on my bathroom, including caulking around my sink. Everything he did looked great. The next morning, I checked to make sure the caulk was completely dry, but some of it was still wet. I sent Felix a message and he came back that day, removed it, and redid the work at no charge. It is quite possible that I got water on it before it was fully cured, but he re-caulked it with no questions asked anyway.
I would definitely recommend FM for your home projects. Felix provided excellent service, did a great job, and stood by his work.
