I’ve been training with Amy for about 6 weeks now and I had specific goals mainly to increase my endurance Amy tailored a program for me that has dramatically increased my fitness and endurance I’ve a long way to go but Amy listens to all my goals and changes things around so that I reach my goals as quickly as my body will respond. She genuinely knows her stuff. In the past I was heavy into weight training and I told Amy I’d like to get back to that level of fitness. We’re it not for her knowledge and experience with training is still be doing things with much less efficiency she’s brought me along quicker then I anticipated. You can’t make a mistake having Amy as your trainer she’s extremely encouraging and makes a workout effective and efficient within your allotted training time to do it all over again I’d most definitely pick Amy she knows her profession and she’s so personable and you’ll reach your fitness goals quicker and with less wasted time trying to do the same things that simply take longer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Sessions require a 12 hour prior cancellation. Anytime a client cancels within the 12 hour window, he/she will be charged for that session. All sessions must be used within a specified stated time period.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Client fills out Physical + Nutritional Analysis prior to first session. During the first session we will meet to determine physical abilities and motivation for obtaining your goals.
