Jimmy was extremely kind and professional. I have not had to do any kind of window repair like this before and he was patient and understanding with me. I cannot recommend Jimmy highly enough. He responded to me in a timely manner every time we texted each other. Jimmy answered all my questions,explained pricing, and there were no hidden fees or issues. Jimmy was very tidy and cleaned up around the work area when he was finished. I felt comfortable with Jimmy in my home and was not concerned at all due to his professionalism and kindness. Jimmy is one of the nicest and most professional individuals that I have ever had the pleasure to work with.He made sure the whole process was hassle-free from first contact to completion. He arrived at 9:30 am. as promised and explained the process of replacing a broken window pane after that, he proceeded to remove the two damaged windows effortlessly and handled them with care while transporting them to the shop. The windows were repaired and reattached in less than two hours. I am completely satisfied with the services that I received.
