" Amazing!!! " Thats the feeling I can only describe when I speak on the experience I had w/ It's Go Time. From having all my questions answered in a timely fashion, and the punctuality on the day of install, to the quality of the product / install itself, and the care taken inside/outside my home when it ame to clean up... We couldn’t be happier with our experience! My sliding door unexpectedly shattered and I needed it replaced quickly. Jim responded right away, was professional, and made it a completely stress free process. The installation was smooth and efficient. The new door looks so much better than the original. Radek did the installation and was excellent! Great quality of work, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or replacement!

He and his son worked on this project. They replaced a window that had dirt inside the glass. They ordered a new glass (not the entire window). They made effort that everything is installed correctly and window opens and closes smoothly.

Jimmy diagnosed my issue via pictures and texts and we discovered my problems werent with the windows but the siding of the house. Truely remarkable a professional would do this all for free within a few minutes. I would hire Jimmy again in a heartbeat. If his diagnosis is this honest I can only imagine how dedicated to his work he is!
