I liked that they were very responsive. I paid way too much for what they did but I was in a bind. The crew worked “Max” 40 minutes. They moved only the largest pieces out of a storage unit, 3 pieces in total. They only had to bring it 2 miles to my home where they placed it into a Pod and left. It cost me over $300 as they have a two hour minimum. So, Cheers for being able to to the job on a very short notice. The downside was the amount of money I had to pay for the service. Sorry guys, overall three stars for not bending a little on the price. Five stars for getting a crew out to me on my time schedule. (:Dec 2, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is based on an hourly rate with a one-time transportation/delivery fee. For interstate long-distance moving projects, it is a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1) client submits list of furniture and # of boxes and contact information, 2) we send out work order with estimate 3) client reserves date with submitting signed work order and credit card payment.
