Sam was very responsive and professional. He was amazing to work with to repair our air conditioner that was blowing air however it was cold enough. You quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. We will definitely contact Rapid Pros in the future and refer to others a well.

Sam responded quickly to my request. He gave me a price and explained the job. Was able to come the next day to change out my washing machine gasket. He did the job well, cleaned up the mess and took the garbage out I will have him come back for other services when needed in the future.

Sam was great to communicate with - he was very very quick to respond every time & very helpful with explaining things. He was able to come out to look at my washer, knowing it was possible that it was going to be an expensive issue to fix. He let me know within a few minutes of being at my house what the issue was with my washer, and informed me that it was not really worth fixing ($600+ repair) & that it would be wiser to just get a new washer rather than put all that money into repairing. I appreciated his honesty and transparency as well as him looking out for what would be best for me. He was so friendly, prompt, and just overall great to work with, even though I didn’t proceed with any repair as I opted to just get a new washer. However, I will definitely be contacting him for any future appliance issues I may have!
