Ri Ro Painting
About this pro
Updated after 2 months: I had a mixed experience with Ri Ro Painting- 55% good and 45% somewhere in between. The good part: the work done was ok. Its said "You get what you pay for". They are very nice people. Polite, soft spoken. The bad part: 1. Communication is the weakest part of them. It was difficult to get in touch with Roger most of the time. He mostly never responded to texts or calls. This can be a problem if you are trying to reach them for something important. 2. Timelines: My project was delayed for a few days which eventually caused delays to my move in date. This was fine with me as I did leave some buffer days. 3. Overall quality after living 2 months is that the finish quality is terrible. Paint is already peeling off at various places. So many places were missed. Lot of paint spots on my new floor which i am still struggling to remove. Was happy initially but not now anymore.Jun 26, 2018Verified
I hired Roger for some painting and all went well. I hired him a second time and it was TERRIBLE. He rushed through the job and told me to call him with any touch ups. Once the walls dried they looked HORRIBLE. I reached out to him through here, hos email, and cell and never got a response. He is cheap to hire, but you get what you pay for.....Oct 24, 2017Verified
Absolutely the best price by over $800 from any other quote. I had a two story townhome with vaulted ceilings, and only needed the walls done. The quality is quite good with good ProMar 200 Zero VOC paint used. The only issue I had is his lack of organization with the other contracts he was filling while painting my place. The job took an extra 3-4 days (which wasn't a big deal for me this time and I did let him know I was flexible) and he also forgot my key once, his car broke down in my driveway for a few days, just not the most professional. In the end, the job looks great and I got a tremendous value so I'm thrilled.Aug 1, 2017Verified
Roger and company did a great job with wall paper removal and painting. They were very nice and their price were awesome for the amount of work they did. My only gripe, we had carpets removed and they didn't cover the sub flooring so my subfloor was white from all the sanding and dust. There were good amounts of dried mounds of spackle material that we had to clean up ourselves before putting our flooring down. There reason for that matter is they had to go to another job/project.Jun 6, 2017Verified
Excellent experience with Roger. He followed up promptly, was very professional and took care of our deck and front door. They look beautiful!May 9, 2017Verified
