About
We specialize in providing our customers with multiple course, restaurant style, private dining experiences. Based in Joliet, we serve the greater Chicagoland. We bring fresh ingredients, cooking tools, and cleaning materials. You provide the kitchen and dinnerware, and we take care of the rest. We wear a mask, sanitize, socially distance, and usually leave the place cleaner than we find it. Chef Bradley Skoczylas has been Classically trained but is not limited to French cuisine from American Culinary Federation accredited Le cordon bleu, Chicago. He's been an executive chef for Hilton, universities, and restaurants making many different dishes from short order to large parties. Together, we create a menu and an experience. There are no limitations other than our imaginations. We serve events of all sizes, let's create something memorable.

I surprised my husband with a date night to spend some quality time in our backyard which we’ve worked on all summer to enjoy with a some wine and a delicious homemade meal by a professional. Chef Bradley outdid himself. He even impressed my non-foodie husband who ate every morsel and brought the food OUTSIDE to us when it was ready. Just like a restaurant. The food was incredible. We did a 4 course meal starting with bruschetta (which was some of the best I’ve ever had), a Waldorf salad with ridiculously good dressing, chicken parm with homemade spinach ravioli with a to-die-for pesto sauce and a cookie cup with chocolate mouse. I only took photos of the appetizer and main course because I forgot to take photos of the other 2; just wanted to dive right in. I highly recommend Chef Bradley, Seth, and his team for a beautiful dinner. They were great to work with. We will DEFINITELY do this again!

Bradley, Seth and Abby did an amazing job for my son's wedding! Bradley's chef skills are amazing! Seth was an attentive bartender and Abby was a sweet server. They were a great team. After they left- my guests were still talking about the amazing meal that was served. They made the wedding dinner a wonderful experience. I would higher recommend Your Plate or Mine Catering.

Brad and his team were AWESOME. They were very professional. They set everything up and cleaned up after! That wasn't even the best part. The FOOD was OUT OF THIS WORLD! It was really fresh. We cannot stop talking about how awesome the food was. Every guest that attended also can't stop raving about how good it was. Thank you so much for making our wedding meal PERFECT. Brad and his team Exceeded our expectations.

Amazing experience! Showed up on time, very polite, professional and fun. Chef Bradley taught a great sushi class and followed with an incredible plated dinner of pistachio crusted scallops, ribeye over handmade ravioli. Seth cleaned and left our kitchen spotless. Thanks so much for making such a memorable night! :)

I wanted to surprise my wife with a nice dinner for our anniversary. It was a last minute idea. I contacted your plate or mine and gave them the schedule and the food we like. In no time at all they sent me a menu and a quote. I was able to book it in time to make this surprise happen. We were so blown away with the professionalism and quality of food served. Brad and Seth took all the stress off me and they arrived with everything needed to prepare the dinner. While we ate they cleaned everything up and the only thing left was the amazing smell of food in our house. It was such a cool experience to be eating high end restaurant food prepared and served in our own house. These guys book up quick so make it happen ! Thank you so much for making our anniversary so memorable and special.
