Introduction: We specialize in providing our customers with multiple course, restaurant style, private dining experiences. Based in Joliet, we serve the greater Chicagoland. We bring fresh ingredients, cooking tools, and cleaning materials. You provide the kitchen and dinnerware, and we take care of the rest. We wear a mask, sanitize, socially distance, and usually leave the place cleaner than we find it. Chef Bradley Skoczylas has been Classically trained but is not limited to French cuisine from American Culinary Federation accredited Le cordon bleu, Chicago. He's been an executive chef for Hilton, universities, and restaurants making many different dishes from short order to large parties. Together, we create a menu and an experience. There are no limitations other than our imaginations. We serve events of all sizes, let's create something memorable.

Wow. First, the food was amazing. The chef & Seth were friendly and we were so grateful to have them in our home. It felt like we had known them for years. The experience was so great that we have already decided to hire them for another event and we plan to gift them to our parents for Christmas. We will do whatever it takes to support them because they are that authentic and the food was to die for!

An amazing experience from start to finish. Had my parents 50th wedding anniversary coming up. Decided to do a catered meal for five barely a week before the date. Not only did Your Plate or Mine get us in for a meal drop off. They were very communicative and responsive during the planning and provided us with a great menu. The food was dropped off right on time and ready to eat. Above all I have say everything provided by Chef Brad was amazing a great surf and turf meal! Highly recommend.

They were OUTSTANDING AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!!! The food was and is mouth watering. Very friendly, great professional manner, they reply quickly, communication is a 100% on the scale. Everything from the appetizers to main course to dessert was so refreshing and delicious. Our waitress AWESOME. This was our first time using a professional chef and we will use Your Plate or Mine Catering again. I have place how awesome they are on facebook and Instagram.

    We offer discounts to repeat customers that leave us a review. Ask us about our referral program, too!

    Meal prep customers get all their own Tupperware to insure guest safety. Catering and personal chef needs all menus are custom made to fit any budget in mind.
