Rob did an EXCELLENT job power washing my home. He showed up on time explained what he’d be doing and got started. The outside of my home looks amazing and new! Rob washed the bricks and siding as well as my entry way, all of which were in dire need of cleaning. Buying the house over a year ago, this was such an eye sore for me however, in about 1.5 hours Rob changed all that. Thank you Rob!

The work was staining a back deck that has been neglected for years. Other than the rain delay, I couldn’t be happier with the result!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are extremely fair and reasonable. I also work with clients who are under economical hardships. There’s no reason why we cannot come to an agreement that benefits the both of us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every customer, new and returning, with the utmost respect. I can offer new clients a quote over the phone or through messaging by using a customers address to view a property or through pictures. For specific cleanings involving stains or larger projects, I like to schedule a meeting where I can personally inspect the property and meet the customer to provide the best customer support possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years in the field of professional cleaning. I also am a journeyman electrician with local 134, a college graduate from prairie state university, and a Marine Corps veteran serving two overseas tours.
