Max responded immediately and came out the same morning to fix a backed-up floor drain in the laundry room. Cleared the blockage, explained the issue clearly, and charged a reasonable flat rate. The line is flowing well now. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is out of a book, and there are no emergency charges. Doesn’t matter what day of the week. We have plumbers seven days a week. We try and not be ordinary plumbers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would show them in layman’s terms what needs to be done. I would explain why it’s needed and upfront cost. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company is a licensed plumbing company with over 35 years experience.
