Working on a small bathroom remodel and we found ourselves with some rotten subfloor that needed replacement. We hired a handyman for that repair, but he botched it, cutting the hole too big, and left toilet flange unsupported. We didn’t want to risk a toilet leak so we reached out to plumbers to get the issue resolved. Mike was super responsive, was able to get her the next day, and was willing to try a solution he hadn’t done before - using a steel bracket to shrink and reinforce the subfloor under the toilet flange instead of cutting out the new subfloor or the ceiling of the level below to support the flange from underneath. The bracket worked great and Mike was in and out on time and on budget. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate hiring Hydro Tech Max Plumbing again.

Mike was great to work with on inspecting and repairing many items at a short sale investment home we bought. After sitting vacant for 2 years we expected a few issues, and Mike did a fantastic job diagnosing them, repairing what needed repairing, replacing others, and making sure everything is ready for us to hand over the keys to a new tenant or owner without worrying of any plumbing surprises. I will use him again!

Mike H went above and beyond to really help me resolve my problem! I had four seasons come take a look and mike did more for me than what four season offer on the same price point! I’ll definitely lock his contact in and have him for any plumbing needs! I even recommended him to friends and co workers because he was so exceptional! Glad to have crossed paths! Definitely will rehire again for future projects! Thank you so much mike! You are a blessing! I had extensive water damage and back up pipping and mike not only help me resolve my problems but made sure everything was good from start to finish, and he followed up to make sure everything was right!

Are pricing is out of a book, and there are no emergency charges. Doesn’t matter what day of the week. We have plumbers seven days a week. We try and not be ordinary plumbers.

I would show them in layman’s terms what needs to be done. I would explain why it’s needed and upfront cost. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated.
