It was quite the mess where I had wrapped tons of tape around the pipe to cover a hole. Dan took one look at the project and knew exactly what was needed. What I appreciated most was that he had all the parts that he needed on his truck and he did not have to run to the hardware store multiple times as other contractors that I’ve hired have done, resulting in my entire day being consumed with mostly waiting for the contractor to return from the store each time he discovers he is missing yet another part. However with Dan, he arrived and promptly went straight to work and completed the job and I was able to get right back to my morning. He was very patient and helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dan. Additionally he is very pleasant which is a big plus in my book. Who wants to pay someone that is crabby that makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Not Dan!
