Knowledgeable, helpful and appreciate that his team explained what needed to be fixed and why! Offered to help out with other home projects like replacing gutters (which I was having trouble getting quotes because it’s a small job). New home and didn’t know why there was so much damage to bricks but I wanted to make sure outdoor walls were winter ready. His team figured out why there was so much water damage to bricks. Only sealant was used between clay tiles side which dried and there were open gaps for rainwater to enter the walls, so they installed counter flashing. Even with the extra work the quote was very reasonable!! Whole team was friendly and cleaned up when job was completed. Very happy with results!
