FEES: TESTING: Fees are due on or before testing/evaluation date REPORTS: Fees are due when the report is requested Academic Testing: $ 425.00 Psychoeducational Testing: $ 950.00 Psychoeducational plus Projectives: $1,250.00 Intelligence Testing: $ 500.00 Written Report (optional): $ 350.00 Speech & Language Evaluation: $ 325.00 Occupational Therapy Evaluation $ 325.00 Social Assessment $ 325.00 We retain testing and evaluation reports for 24 months after the student leaves the program. TUTORING: Paid monthly on the 1st of each month Registration Fee due at enrollment $ 55.00 one time fee Two hour class (1 time per week) $ 320.00 per month Two hour class (2 times per week) $ 640.00 per month Two hour class (3 times per week) $ 960.00 per month ( etc.) Private lesson (one hour 1 time per week) $ 320.00 per month ( etc.) Late payment fee (after the 10th of the month) $ 25.00 OTHER: Copies of tests after the student has dropped: $ 25.00 Checks returned to us from the bank: $ 30.00 Staffing/Parent Conferences/Consultations: $ 125.00 per hour
