I have been immersed in the practice of yoga for over nine years. I offer yoga instruction for studios, fitness centers, or in-home private or semi-private yoga instruction.
If you feel like you can't find the time to get in a yoga class or feel a little intimidated to go to a class, then maybe in-home yoga instruction is for you. I have my own home studio in Lake Forest, or I can travel to you at a time that works best for you.
