Not just John was able to diagnose the issue quick , he was very honest in giving his recommendation. He informed in about the cost to repair vs what it would take if i were to purchased a new item. He even waived off the labor charges. I recommend John.

Mr. Starke came promptly and diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately, I needed a new motor for the washer. It is still under warranty so he suggested I get it replaced by the manufacturer.
