What makes my personal training stand out is a powerful mix of science, elite-level athletics, and a flexible, human-centered coaching approach. I've been studying sports and exercise science since 2011 and hold a Bachelor's degree in the field. I’m also a former professional athlete and played Division I soccer and tennis—experiences that taught me how to train with purpose, precision, and results. I’m proud to be a renowned Beachbody Trainer, where I’ve helped clients of all levels reach their goals—from building strength and muscle to simply becoming more toned, athletic, or confident in their bodies.     Pricing: Single personal training session: $150 Pack of 5 sessions: $750 Pack of 10 sessions: $1,400 Please note: I do not offer discounts at this time.

    I have been studying sports and exercise science since 2011 and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Science. In addition to my academic background, I was a professional athlete and competed at the Division I level in both soccer and tennis. This unique combination of education and elite athletic experience gives me a deep understanding of effective training methods, injury prevention, and performance optimization. I’m also a renowned Beachbody Trainer, which has allowed me to help a wide range of clients achieve their fitness goals with proven programs tailored to their needs.

    I’ve worked with a wide range of customers—from high school athletes looking to improve their performance, to busy working moms trying to stay fit, to grandmothers wanting to start gentle exercise for better health.
