This was a great experience customer service-wise. One of my issues was resolved on the spot. For the other one, a part had to be ordered. I was updated frequently on the progress of my computer. I would definitely use this service again and I definitely recommend to other people!

What an easy, cost-efficient process, start to finish! He picks up and drops off and the pricing is very fair for how quick and easy it was to have TWO cracked iPad screens repaired. I am supremely happy with the work done.

The iPad was picked up in a timely manner and I received a quote within 24 hours. A couple days later it was dropped off and repaired! Super easy experience. Highly recommend!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Type of Discount we provide: Friend Referral:10% Senior: 20% Veteran: 25% The price may vary depending on the model of iPads and Laptop Screen Replacements. We would have to see it before we can give you quote. We run the diagnostic on printer and let you know if the part is replaceable or worth buying new printer instead. All other issue with diagnostic are normal pricing. Once the service is completed, we require payment is before we make the delivery.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Working with our new customers: 1. Determine what the issue is and how we can resolve it 2. Location where they stay 3. Background what we do 4. Our pricing work 5. Turn around time when they can expect their issue resolution

    I been in the IT industry for 7 years. Worked as Desktop Support in repairing/configuring computer and printers. Installed hardware components on laptops and desktops.
