Douglas was great - was very responsive. I appreciate he was able to come out to my home within a few days and got me my appraisal a day or two after inspecting my jewelry. There are weeks waiting times to get into a jeweler and this was a fantastic way for my to get my Insurance the documents they needed quickly.
