    Dominik painted my kitchen and bathroom and he did a great job. He was clean, thorough, and very friendly. He even did a great job fixing a hole in my bathroom from an old towel rack! You can't even tell there was ever a hole there. I will definitely use Dominik and his company again to repaint the rest of my apartment.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Interior and exterior painting are the bulk of our work. The majority of the work we do are exterior residential projects between March and November. It's a great time to get your exterior done.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask questions, and ask for references. References are the next best thing to a friend to friend referral. They will help you get a feel for who the contractor is and the kind of service they provide before you even hire them!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We serve our clients with a free in-home estimate and consultation. So we make the process as easy for our clients as possible. We provide information about our company, references, guarantees, product information.

The only thing we ask of our clients is that they know what they wanted painted. We will take it from there and help you every step of the way.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We put a strict focus on customer service. Our proposals are very specific, outlining every detail and they are customizable. We also stand behind our work with a written guarantee and a written 2-year warranty.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love to serve my customers. We developed customers for life, it's an amazing feeling to see someone's vision and dream become a reality.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I got involved in painting at a very young age. I used to visit job sites with my dad. When I was 16, I would help out at jobs during spring and summer breaks. Since then I've become more involved in the business and I have loved it since.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. It's an ever changing field. There are new regulations and products to learn about. There is always something new to know. Aside from that I have to stay ahead on technology and marketing changes to make sure I am better able to serve my clients.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Aside from painting, we've been involved in flooring as well. We have a crew that handles flooring projects and they do a great job. We recently ventured into a high end decorative flooring market with Concrete Staining. It's a complex but very exciting process and the end result looks amazing.
