- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The process begins with a free, no-obligation initial consultation. Pricing depends on the type, date, and location of your wedding. An exact price quote will be given to you as soon as you contact us. Average pricing is $175-$250, depending on travel requirements. This includes meeting with you to help create a unique wedding ceremony, creating a ceremony, and adjusting as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Wanting you to feel comfortable with us, Once contacted, I will call or preferably meet with you that you feel comfortable in working together. This is a free, no-obligation consultation before you ever sign a contract. I will hold your wedding date for ten (10) days after you’ve we've met, so you will have plenty of time to make a decision before you need to sign a contract. Once you’ve signed our agreement, and paid the 50% deposit, I will be in touch to schedule a planning meeting. This meeting normally happens in person, but it can also be done via video or phone call as well. We what understand what is important to include in your ceremony and get to know both of you and learn about your relationship. This will help your in writing your ceremony to make sure it reflects your beliefs and personalities insuring this day is one always treasured by you and your guests. I then create a full draft of your ceremony and email it to you for your review. You can revise your draft ceremony as much as you’d like until it is the exact wedding ceremony you want, and then simply email your edited draft back to us. I want it to feel perfect – if you need additional suggestions or guidance, I am happy to help at no additional charge. On the day of your wedding, I arrive early to help coordinate with your attendants and vendors and get ready for the processional. I am more than happy to work with other wedding professionals, and am perfectly comfortable with photographers taking pictures anywhere they would like during the ceremony. I will deliver the exact ceremony we’ve discussed, creating a wonderful experience for you and your guests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having developed relationships with many individuals in my role as a chaplain, I was encouraged to begin officiating at weddings. This has led to using my talents to make help make that special day unique and memorable!
