Contacted Creative IT Solutions to help setup my website and computer systems for our cleaning business. We worked with Ronnie Smiley and he was very attentive to our needs and what exactly we were trying to accomplish and even prepared us for future growth of the company. I greatly appreciated that if he didn’t know the exact answer to something he let it be known while also finding the correct answer in a timely manner. The technical service I received from this company was astounding. I needed assistance with setting up servers, routers, and firewalls along with a few other small tasks around my office and this company delivered. When I first inquired, the owner, Mr. Smiley, promptly responded and assured me he could handle the job. We scheduled a week out due to my schedule and he arrived on time, asked a couple questions to ensure he fully understood the need, and got right to the job. I have a medium size office and had many pieces of equipment to work with but I feel that because of Mr. Smiley’s expertise, he was able to complete this project way faster than I could have ever did. Overall, very satisfied with the service I received and will use this company in the near future for other technical projects.
