Al was not only punctual, but early, which I so appreciated! He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed my refrigerator freezer, and took the time to explain everything he did thoroughly to me, and let me know what my husband and I could do to maintain the efficiency of our appliance. He is very personable and professional and honest. The next time we an appliance repair Al will be the one that I call.

They first tried the less expensive fix before suggesting the most expensive fix and it worked! The job was done rather quickly and they were professional, polite, and knew their job well.

After multiple companies didn’t respond, didn’t show up, and couldn’t get an appointment for days, we were without a refrigerator for over 4 days and living out of coolers. Finally we found Genstar heating and appliances. Al responded to me within minutes and came out on the spot saving us from more frustration. Al came out immediately for a consultation, found the problem and solved the problem right away. He even left to go pick up a new fan himself to install it. I will remain to keep this company in mind and would recommend to anyone I know. 10 star review if possible!
