I recommend Ben to anyone seeking a conscientious and skilled pro. He repaired various damages in my condo, including a trip for materials. Ben was communicative about his schedule, always on time, and more than fair with his fee. When he completed repairs, he explained them in layman’s terms. Ben came back on his own volition to install missing screws from my temple mount. We try to pay him for the extra effort, but he insisted on not taking any further payment. This shows amazing professionalism. We were also very happy with the quality of his work, and his patient demeanor as he went through our check list of items to be done. Ben deserves the 5 star rating I and others have given him!
