My name is JT Baginski, I am a NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach located in Lisle, IL. I own and operate a private training facility in Lisle. I specialize in individualized, high-intensity training sessions which allow my clients to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
I offer specific personalized workout and nutritional guidelines for all ages, abilities and goals. I will get you into amazing shape, and teach you the necessary skills to maintain your gains.

JT has been a great trainer for my son, who is a teen. He's definitely gained strength, great muscle tone, more confidence, and is exceeding the goals he set for himself. Very encouraging to see my son grow, be in great physical shape, and to know he is doing weight training correctly, and safely.

JT has been great. I've made a lot of progress in resistance, and the way my body looks shows what his program's put me through. I've worked out with many people in the last years, but JT pays attention to what I need, my strengths and weakenesses, and knows how to make the best of them. I've never enjoyed work outs before this - he really pushes me to the next level. The results I've gotten from working out with JT make me want to come back for more! Thanks!

Working with JT was great! Once I had the basics it took almost no time to exceed my expectations and previous limits. I have a foot injury initially that limited some activities and he always made sure to modify exercises so I wasn’t in pain or doing something I wasn’t supposed to be. He works great with beginners that have never touched weights before and more advanced ones that have a specific goal. It is a small group setting, so it’s not entirely 1 on 1, but then you can see the people just starting and gauge how far you’ve come, but you also see others further along and where you can go. If I didn’t move across the country I wouldn’t have stopped. The cost is very reasonable when you consider the added expenses of going through a big gym membership and then getting a trainer.

In one session JT was able to correct issues I had been having with form for months. After two sessions I felt great with my form and was lifting more weight than when trying to work on my own. He is not only a knowledgeable teacher but he is able to convey that in a way that is easy to understand and put into practice. I would highly recommend going with JT, can't go wrong with him.
