My name is JT Baginski, I am a NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach located in Lisle, IL. I own and operate a private training facility in Lisle. I specialize in individualized, high-intensity training sessions which allow my clients to achieve maximum results in the shortest amount of time.
I offer specific personalized workout and nutritional guidelines for all ages, abilities and goals. I will get you into amazing shape, and teach you the necessary skills to maintain your gains.

This has been the first time for me hiring a personal trainer and I am extremely happy I found JT. When I went on Thumbtack, I was mostly looking for a trainer to help with motivation, form, and guidance with daily nutrition. JT is very down to earth, knowledgable, and patient especially when teaching me new moves and making sure I have the correct form. I have been training with JT for the past 2.5 months and it's amazing how far I have come and how much stronger I am overall after working with him. Thanks JT! :)

JT is everything that his profile describes him to be and more. From the time we met and he introduced himself to us at his new workout facility, his enthusiasm for what he does and how he can make a difference in your quality of life is tremendous. He brings a strong work ethic, pushes you beyond what you think you can do, and drives results that make a difference in your life style, through improved physical strength, to stronger mental endurance, to better nutrition choices. I would highly recommend JT whether you are college-aged or middle aged. With so many choices to make these days in terms of personal training, JT will take the time to get to know you, your strengths and where he thinks you can improve and move forward in a positive way. I would recommend personal training with JT to anyone. He a down to earth guy, fun, and very personable. JT is a great trainer and knows what he is doing. He is always reading up on different lifts to further his knowledge. If you are looking for someone to have fun with but also get work done in the gym, I would JT is your guy.

I am very pleased with his training he's very professional and personal, makes me feel very comfortable and fun.. JT is very flexible with my crazy schedule I work full time and have 4 children and flexibility is very important to me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good workout with someone who has a great personality and is very understanding

I did sign up for a 6 week personal training with JT and my experience has been phenomenal. I was coming straight from not having worked out for 2 years and regular bouts of unhealthy eating. So after personal assessment, JT chalked out an exercise regimen particularly suited for my body type and some eating options to compliment it. I wouldn't say it was easy but it was worth every sweat. I have gained a lot of strength and toned down considerably. If we are talking about numbers it went from 142 to a healthy 133( I am 5"6 bw) :) I would recommend him to everyone looking to kick start a healthy lifestyle which is sustainable.
