BUSINESS HOURS: Admin Hours M, W, THU, FRI 9am-4pm Tuesdays - closed (unless there is an event) Always OPEN for events. I had bartended in bars and restaurants for 18 years while being an event planner for 7. The perfect math combined them together after a few private bartending opportunities, and here I am. I am professional, personable, enthusiastic, and pleasant to work with. I love the physical challenge of long work hours, I have the ability to multitask, I have a neat appearance, and I am passionate about people and this industry. Bianca was excellent! I had never hired a bar tender for a party before, and I could not have been happier! She communicated regularly and gave us ideas about what our guests would like. Her specialty drinks were a hit. She helped clean up when not filling drink orders. Our party was a success because of Bianca’s help.

I requested non-alcoholic drinks for my wedding reception and everything about the service was phenomenal, start to finish. We had guests raving about the yummy cocktail drinks and service for weeks afterwards! I would absolutely book them again for future special events.

The best decision I made was to hire Bianca to be a helping hand for my father's funeral luncheon that we hosted at our house. From the first interaction we had, she made everything easy. Prior to the event, we discussed details of the party which gave me peace of mind. The day of she was prompt, professional and had positive energy. She assisted setting up our catering order, kept our kitchen and bathroom tidy, including taking out the trash. At the end of her shift, she organized the leftover food and distributed to our guests. She also went a step above and served drinks. It elevated the experience for all those who attended and thanks to her, I was able to be present for a really important day.
