BUSINESS HOURS: Admin Hours M, W, THU, FRI 9am-4pm Tuesdays - closed (unless there is an event) Always OPEN for events. I had bartended in bars and restaurants for 18 years while being an event planner for 7. The perfect math combined them together after a few private bartending opportunities, and here I am. I am professional, personable, enthusiastic, and pleasant to work with. I love the physical challenge of long work hours, I have the ability to multitask, I have a neat appearance, and I am passionate about people and this industry. The best decision I made was to hire Bianca to be a helping hand for my father's funeral luncheon that we hosted at our house. From the first interaction we had, she made everything easy. Prior to the event, we discussed details of the party which gave me peace of mind. The day of she was prompt, professional and had positive energy. She assisted setting up our catering order, kept our kitchen and bathroom tidy, including taking out the trash. At the end of her shift, she organized the leftover food and distributed to our guests. She also went a step above and served drinks. It elevated the experience for all those who attended and thanks to her, I was able to be present for a really important day. I will be hiring her for any future events. Thank you, Bianca!

Couldn’t recommend more! She was on time and helped me figure out a good place for her to set up! Drinks were AMAZING and guests loved her! She also helped us refill food and keep up with picking up garbage! Will definitely be our go to for a bartender!

We hired Bianca for a party with 50 adults, and she exceeded all our expectations. She created six signature cocktails for the event and kept up with the very busy pace of our guests with professionalism and ease. Bianca provided an excellent pre-party consultation, offering a detailed estimate of everything we’d need, from ingredients to quantities, which turned out to be spot-on. Her preparation made the party flow seamlessly, and our guests had a fantastic time, raving about the cocktails and her friendly demeanor. We couldn’t have been happier with her service and are already looking forward to hiring her again for future events. Highly recommend!
