- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size and location. Full home inspections start at $200.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to get you on the schedule we need a day and time that not only works for you but also the current homeowner so we are sure there will be access to the property. Once on the schedule, we will meet you and possibly your realtor. The entire house will be inspected from the roof to the basement, including all mechanicals like plumbing and electrical. A full report of any concerns with pictures will be emailed within approximately 24 hours or less.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The inspection is done by a state licensed home inspector. Continuous education classes are always up to date. Beyond that, having over 30 years in the construction industry, so a full knowledge of the construction process.
