Our listed prices are estimates. We don't charge our customers for the hours worked but rather for the scope of work being done. We strive to do a perfect job for any service we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to all our inquiries on the same day. Our process is different depending on the kind of service being requested. All our recurring home cleaning services require a phone appointment. This helps us provide you with a customized cleaning plan that caters to your needs and schedule. All our recurring commercial cleaning services require an on-site survey appointment. Upon inquiry, one of lead cleaning specialists will come survey your space at your earliest convenience to give you an accurate quote.
