I am having a very very hard time making Thumbtack work for me with all of the changes they have added. It won't let me post and adjust my prices. For your ceremony I would charge $135 for Scott City, MO. My main goal is to make sure the couple does not have anything to worry about when it comes to the actual "I dos". And that they are personalized and meaningful to each couple. I write the ceremony, or work on it with the couple if they want input, or perform a custom ceremony they wrote. I research and find traditions that are meaningful to my couples for an even more personal touch when it is wanted. I have had weddings as short as two minutes and as long as 30, because every couple has their own ideal. And elopements with a personal touch are a very strong part of what I do. I love being a celebrant and working with all of my couples.
I enjoy every aspect of officiating weddings. From researching traditions and laws, to asking for personal details to help design the ceremony, to writing the ceremony, to rehearsal because I love helping organize, to actually getting to the wedding and marrying my couples! Every second is a joy to me.

Christine was great. We loved her. The wedding started late because of several unforeseen reasons and she was patient and worked with us. She even helped set up a table for us and helped out in other ways. She did an excellent job officiating the ceremony. I will recommend her to anyone.

Christine was simply awesome, she wrote and performed our perfect ceremony I don't think she could have written a better ceremony had she known us our whole lives, and we could not have been happier!!!

The ceremony and vows that Christine wrote were awesome! It included who we are as a couple and nicely incorporated our children into the blended family we were forming. Absolutely beautiful! ❤️

Christine was a great find since I was getting married in my hometown which I had moved away from and was no longer a part of any church there (I quickly learned pastors will only marry church members). I did offer to meet up with her to go over what we were looking for but she was ok just communicating over e-mail. That worked out well since it was one less meeting to schedule! She was very timely in when she starting asking questions and working on her drafts. She really tries to personalize the message and make it what you want. She was overall very kind and great to work with. I am very appreciative of what she did for my wedding.

Christine did a great job with our wedding ceremony in May! She contacted us and gave us a script of what she was planning to say so that we could give our input. We had a non-traditional component to our ceremony and she even researched that so that it could seamlessly be included in the ceremony. We got a lot of compliments about how smoothly the ceremony went.
I also want to add that we did not have any religious verbiage in our ceremony (as we requested) and she never pressured us to include anything we did not want.
