Incredible experience with Elegance. We did a major renovation that involved adding additional hardwood floors to my existing and matching the stain and polyurethane finish. We had red oak in some rooms and maple in the other. Everything came out perfect. He matched them as if they had always been there. Others wanted to sand and restain the entire floor, but Elegance ensured me they could sand where needed and match it....I was a but skeptical and figured it would get to 80/90% but it's absolutely perfect. Very happy with my results.

Julio was amazing! After moving into a new place, there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen from the previous owner’s dog. I thought I had to replace the floors, but Julio ensured me refinishing the floors would solve the problem. He was absolutely correct — my floors look ammazzzinggg, so much so that I’m getting him to come back and do the rest of the house. He is polite, does quality work at a reasonable price, and left the house clean. He will be my hardwood floor guy from now on!
