Elegance Hardwood Floors provided an outstanding installation for a 1,300 sqft new flooring project including carpet removal. Quarter round molding and transition bars were cut and set very nicely. I have done flooring remodeling in 3 different houses for a total of 4,000 sqft using 3 different contractors and my best experience is with Elegance Hardwood Floors.

Elegance Hardwood floors exceeded my expectations with their quick response time to my inquiry, prompt meeting and very exceptional quality of work and low cost. My hardwood floors had buckled and warped. The hardwood flooring was installed at an angle and Elegance repeated my desired pattern. Elegance hardwood flooring found the source of the moisture and proceeded to remove all affected areas including the subfloor, add the missing vapor barrier and add the paper barrier the. use new hardwood to finish the floors with 2 coats of polyurethane. Julio was on top of all aspects of the project and was an excellent communicator. The pricing was hard to beat because it was so competitive and affordable. I decided to also redo the entire 2nd floor of existing hardwood flooring with a sanding and 1 coat of polyurethane for a minimal cost to provide a. brand new look and preserve my initial investment in hardwood flooring.

Julio was amazing! After moving into a new place, there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen from the previous owner’s dog. I thought I had to replace the floors, but Julio ensured me refinishing the floors would solve the problem. He was absolutely correct — my floors look ammazzzinggg, so much so that I’m getting him to come back and do the rest of the house. He is polite, does quality work at a reasonable price, and left the house clean. He will be my hardwood floor guy from now on!
