Torrey contacted me right away and scheduled a Saturday visit to check out the hot tub. Unfortunately he got stuck on a job prior to my appointment - but he made sure I was updated and even came out on Sunday for me. He quickly diagnosed a bad heater element and kept me posted on the ordering of the replacement. I will definitely be using Torrey for any hot tub issues I have in the future. Thanks for everything Torrey!
