I initially encountered some problems with my newly installed dishwasher, which I attempted to resolve on my own by watching YouTube videos. Unfortunately, my DIY efforts did not succeed. I then contacted Wili's Appliance Repair, and Pedro promptly came over to assess the situation and successfully repaired the issue. Additionally, he identified some installation-related issues and provided recommendations for addressing them. While he couldn't directly address installation problems per their service agreement, I greatly appreciated his extra effort, recommendations and commitment to excellent service. As a landlord, I now consider Wili's Appliance Repair my top choice for addressing any appliance issues for both my properties and my tenants.
