Mark Olen communicated with us diligently, responding always to our emails, and he and his group were completely capable fulfilling our requests! He was punctual. His musicianship is superlative, a joy to listen to! Jazz standards, ballads, etc. He learned a few new songs that we requested! My friends told me how pleasant his music was and I agreed! It was a completely amazing performance! I would highly recommend Brassworks Music Productions!

We have had a wonderful experience with Brassworks. They have provided the evening entertainment at our Annual Banquet the past few years, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring them back. They play a wide range of hits that pack the dance floor and leave our guests delighted. These talented musicians keep our event high energy. We look forward to working with them again soon.

Mark and the rest of his trio played for my wedding reception. I hired Mark Olen and the Brassworks Music Productions for our Chicago revival of the play Side Man. He played a short set before our curtain and audience members were thrilled to experience the incredible live music. He is the consummate professional and true jazz artist. I highly recommend Mark and will most certainly use him in the future.

It is dependent upon the amount of time entertainment is needed, the specific musical requirements, needed equipment (Instruments & sound requirements, and distance traveled. Brassworks is willing to work with a client to achieve a fair price for all parties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining the specific music styles, requests, and musical entertainment desired. We then work out details and confirm our participation contractually.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A college music degree from one of the finest music schools in the world-The Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
