Modest did a great job with the hardwood flooring project I hired him for. I am very happy about the quality. Where things went south is when I asked him to fill out W-9 form after the work was done. I explained why I need it and provided the IRS links that explain the purpose, so far no luck. Just heads up out there for others that may face the same issue. Update 4/22/26: after a bit back and forth, Modest did provide the completed W-9 form. I am resetting my review back to 5 start as the quality of work and communication level fully back it up.

Modest and team did an amazing job removing carpet and repairing/staining original flooring in some rooms and installing brand new flooring in others. Loved the attention to detail to even have the existing floor vents match the new floors.

Modest and his team really bailed me out of a difficult situation when the original company I hired refused to install the flooring. The were able to install right away and I saved $5k from my original quote. They did a great job and my floors look beautiful!!!
