At CD FITNESS, we take personalized wellness coaching to a high level of service.
This is not just a template meal plan, home workout DVD or quick fix diet; it’s a way of life.
Coaching is a two-way street and we are looking for individuals who are ready to elevate their health and fitness to the optimal level in order to start living and feeling their best through food, exercise and other lifestyle habits.

Cheryl has been very encouraging throughout our entire session. She helped with nutrition, workouts and all the questions I had through this process. She helped me realize that my health is important and even though our session is over, she is still willing to answer questions I have while I'm trying to figure my nutrition on my own. Cheryl is super knowledgeable and I would recommend her if you are serious about changing your lifestyle for the better.

I am glad I was consulted by Cheryl. If it was not for her, I probably would not be 40 pounds lighter from her Summer Shred 2.0 challenge and nutrition planning. Cheryl made sure I follow the program correctly and motivated me every week on checking in to see my nutrition plan and what I was doing to maintain it. From doing that, I saw that Cheryl cared about the values of my goal and wanted me to reach it. I reached out to Cheryl for guidance with my nutrition to help me achieve my fitness goals. I wanted to build muscle mass in order to get stronger. Being a hard gainer I always had trouble putting on muscle, but with her support and guidance I was able to meet my goals and after 12 weeks I put on about 12lbs of muscle and PR’d my lifts. She is super knowledgeable and is passionate about her craft.
