Troy provided a very thorough inspection of the home that I currently own. He definately took his time to inspect all areas and to talk about his findings with me. I loved the pictures and thermal imaging provided in the electronic report. These will definately help me to make repairs, as I can clearly see the areas where he noted some concerns.

Troy was on time and worked with my realtor to have the inspection set-up. I attended the beginning of the inspection to meet Troy and to get a sense of his expertise and decided to leave early since after talking with him, I knew he knew what he was talking about and I trusted that he would do a thorough job. He promised a the report would be delivered to me by email that night and it was. His rate was fair and in line with other inspector's rate quotes. He had a professional appearance and communicated well. The electronic version of the report was easy to understand and included pictures of any potential issues. I used his basic service and would recommend him if I knew anybody else looking for an inspector.
