I had a wonderful experience! As soon as I reached out I had a response within minutes, after discussing what was needed I got a very reasonable quote with options as well. I needed a balloon arch built on sight at a baby shower venue, which Alexandra was very punctual, arrived right on time and had everything set up so quick! She even offered to help with other setup when she was finished, which I thought was so kind. It was easy to pay on the spot with Zelle and she contacted the venue herself for pickup at the end of the shower to come get the arch. Overall wonderful and professional!

Katrina and assistants were fantastic and i truly loved the balloon arch for a couples shower for my son and daughter in law. Everyone enjoyed taking pictures and raved at how awesome it looked. Katrina only had a short amount of time to build the arch and the end result was just what I wanted. I wanted the balloons to look like pearls with baby’s breath and then Katrina added the extra beautiful blue hydrangeas and it just looked great. Also i hired Katrina to do 8 centerpieces and they were exactly what I wanted. I sent her a picture and she literally matched it. I’m very happy with Katrina’s professionalism, kindness, and getting everything right. I will hire her again.
