Introduction: Beltran Cleaning Service is a service-oriented, NW Suburban-owned family business, focusing on meeting our client's needs while respecting their budget. You will never have to worry about having just one person clean your house for hours and hours in one day. We have developed a crew system that will allow you to have fast and detailed cleaning. You will always be assigned a manager and 2-3 cleaning people. The manager will be there to supervise, and to make sure your cleaning needs are met and exceeded. If you decide to get recurring service with us we will do our best to make sure you get the same crew to service your house every time. We like to meet new people and making homes sparkle... many clients have been with us for a long time and we have seen their children grow up... the most likeable thing is definitely interacting with the people and building relationships.

Hands down the best cleaning service I have come across. They have a friendly and thorough cleaning crew. Great attention to detail. I love that they always ask me if I have anything in particular that I would like them to pay attention to before they start cleaning. The manager always does a run through at the end with me to make sure everything is exactly how I wanted it. I will for sure be using for many years to come.

I recently tried Beltran Cleaning Service based on the Facebook garage sales pages. They are professional, prompt, through and affordable. I am so impressed with their service that I signed up for bi-weekly service.

3 hour declutter service. Very friendly team and non- judgemental. Made the most of the time. Significant difference in small amount of time. Impressed that the team was able to distinquish significant items vs junk/clutter. Huge plus. Only thing which isn't really a slant on the service is that I really wish we could have attacked the real problem space which was my wife's room where help was really needed. That was the only thing short of 5 stars. Maybe next time. :) I'd definitely use them again.

We do not price by the hour. We have a fixed system, the following is what helps us better quote you. How many bedrooms? How many bathrooms? Approximate Square footage of your home? Location? Special requests?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we are always researching new ways of staying as green as possible. Not only for our safety but for our customers too. A lot of them have children and green cleaning is just the best way to go.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We drive in real time traffic and can't always immediately grab a phone to start dialing while driving (illegal). Also life happens and we can get in the worst of jams and maybe even an accident, a client with the I am perfect attitude is not at all a fair person.
