Introduction: Founded in 2002 from a small office in Naperville, IL, Mr. Duct was born with a singular mission in mind: to improve the indoor air quality for the Greater Chicagoland community. Committed to doing so with both integrity and quality, owner Keith Thompson quickly hired his first three employees and gained NADCA certification—the industry’s most thorough set of standards for HVAC inspection, cleaning and restoration services. Two technicians came out. They were very approachable, easy to talk with, understanding, and willing to cooperate. I also learned a lot about duct cleaning and the dangers concerning the application of 'air freshner' or any type of deodorizer introduced in the the vent system, that so many other duct cleaning companies so freely and readily offer. As someone with allergies and asthma I was very grateful. THANKS FOR THE EDUCATION MR DUCT!!!

The crew was punctual and they were extremely polite. Although, they left dust and waste from each duct around many of the vents. I had paid a cleaning crew to do a deep cleaning the day prior and much of the work was ruined by this crew. They appear to have done a great job with cleaning the ducts. I did not prepare for the residual mess.

The service call went extremely well. The appointment scheduling was extremely easy. I am very pleased that Mr. Duct price-matched, which reduced the pricing to a lower rate. Mr. Duct arrived on time. The dryer vents in the inside of the house and on the rooftop were cleaned. Mr. Duct did not leave until all dust/lint were removed from the premises. A very positive note, Mr. Duct cleaned up after completion of the job. The technicians also vacuumed the driveway. I was extremely pleased with the ending results from Mr. Duct. My dryer is happy and it's taking less time to dry the clothes. I will definitely use them again. Thanks for a good well done.

Mr.Duct were on time very professionalism they wore Footes over their work boots,they were very thorough about the cleaning showed video with every vent I could not be more happier . Would I use them again?most definitely .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Mr. Duct, we offer free quotes to all of our customers, and offer free on-site estimates for commercial and industrial properties. Due to the fact that we offer a wide range of services, prices vary. Contact us today to tell us more about the services you’re interested in and receive your free quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a new customer, we speak with them to gather information about the type of property they have and the service(s) they are interested in. Once we gather all necessary information, we provide a quote over the phone, and are able to provide you with our next available date of service. We also send all of this information to our customers via email. Every customer is given a paper invoice at the time of service, receives an electronic copy of the invoice, and is also contacted approximately 30 minutes before our technician(s) arrives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained extensively on-site by our senior technicians. All of our training is hands on, and includes aspects such as ladder safety.
