FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing clear and straightforward. The cost depends on the size and complexity of the project, but I always provide the price upfront. I offer both hourly rates and flat-rate pricing. Repeat clients and customers with multiple tasks in one visit always receive a discount. My minimum service charge is $99.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I review the details of the project — photos, measurements, materials, and any specific requirements. Then I provide an exact price and estimated time. I arrive on time, complete the work neatly, and always double‑check everything with the client to make sure they're fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience in furniture assembly, TV mounting, shelving installation, smart home setup, cable routing (3 years in the industry), and general home repairs. I constantly improve my skills, learn new tools, follow installation standards, and stay updated on modern home technology.
