Ali from Reis was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained every issue before starting the work. He was honest and did the “right” fix not the most expensive one. He was on-time and reasonably priced too. I needed him there the next day as the plumbing issues were impacting our daily living and Ali came out the next morning - very responsive. I needed our kitchen faucet replaced. At Noon, I sent an email to Reis Rooter to get an estimate. At 12:15pm, I received a phone call from Ali, the owner. Ali just finished a plumbing job and could be at my home within 45 minutes. Wow, talk about fast. Ali came in, did the job perfectly and was out in 20 minutes.
