$75.00 off on all home appraisals. Appraisal fee $275.00. 1% Listing fee to list your home - Full Service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I promptly schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. After the property inspection, you can expect a PDF Appraisal report in your email within 24-48 hours. Even though the report may be 30+ pages, the title page includes your appraised value and you can choose what to print or forward your appraisal to appropriate parties.
I am also available for questions after the report is submitted and can explain report details via phone, email or through texting.
