- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have standard pricing pet walks and then adjust to our families and pets needs. We price our yard cleanup, pet taxi service, overnight stays separate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask to do a meet and greet. It's important to see how there pet responds and also gives us the opportunity to manage the care to each individual pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Pet CPR and first aide certified.
