Founded in 2002 from a small office in Naperville, IL, Mr. Duct was born with a singular mission in mind: to improve the indoor air quality for the Greater Chicagoland community. Committed to doing so with both integrity and quality, owner Keith Thompson quickly hired his first three employees and gained NADCA certification—the industry’s most thorough set of standards for HVAC inspection, cleaning and restoration services.
After answering the call to improve thousands of homes and businesses’ indoor air quality, Mr. Duct experienced explosive growth: first relocating to a larger office in Lisle, IL and then establishing seven additional offices to ensure outstanding service for both Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.
Our team continues to grow to this day, with a staff of 50 specializing in residential, commercial and industrial HVAC services. After the ductcleaning one of my hvac was not blowing hot air.
After calling them , response was immediate , they owned the issue and made sure everything returned to normal.
I will hire them again for sure . They are awesome people . 5 stars is not enough . Really happy with them .

Will be hiring this company again. We had an issue with our dryer was told by our warranty company the dryer vents are clogged. We booked with Mr. Duct they came out and fixed the issue. They were professional explained what they did and now we want to hire for our vents to be cleaned as well.

Mr. Duct responded within minutes of my post for a dryer ventcleaning. We arranged a time the next day and they arrived on time. Jason was the technician and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also gave some suggestions on a change to my dryer/connection tube which I tried. Good service, I felt the price was a little high for what I needed, but worth it for the speed they replied and got it done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Mr. Duct, we offer free quotes to all of our customers, and offer free on-site estimates for commercial and industrial properties. Due to the fact that we offer a wide range of services, prices vary. Contact us today to tell us more about the services you’re interested in and receive your free quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are contacted by a new customer, we speak with them to gather information about the type of property they have and the service(s) they are interested in. Once we gather all necessary information, we provide a quote over the phone, and are able to provide you with our next available date of service. We also send all of this information to our customers via email. Every customer is given a paper invoice at the time of service, receives an electronic copy of the invoice, and is also contacted approximately 30 minutes before our technician(s) arrives.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are trained extensively on-site by our senior technicians. All of our training is hands on, and includes aspects such as ladder safety.
