Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The biggest trait that stands out is that I individualize every program for my client. I do this by listening to my clients goals and purpose of training. I take that information and customize a training program that will help my client reach their goal. I like the fact that I am able to make a positive impact on someone's life. I like that I'm able to help someone reach their goals - whether it's losing weight, getting in shape, or being a better athlete.

I've been working with Kris with for the past 3 months and very happ with the results. So far I've lost 22lbs - and continuing. Kris is an excellent motivator and really pushes you to improve yourself. Kris is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Very affordable and you really get your money's worth!

Kris is a good guy! He is a very knowledgeable with excercises and always has alternatives when there's an excercise you are struggling with. I highly recommend him to friends and family.

Kris has worked with/ trained my kids. He has taught them the valuable fundamentals of basketball. He would teach them by showing them moves and with repetative drills. While he was always knowledgeable and professional he always made sure the kids where having fun while they were learning. A great trainer and someone we will continue to use!

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attend multiple strength and conditioning seminars. In addition, I read up on the latest training methods. I probably have over 30 different textbooks and E-books on training. My favorite one is probably Supple Leopard.
