- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job we do is remounting of stones into a new original piece. Some customers have old jewelry they do not wear any longer, and we will take the stones out of their pieces and create a new design. The design may be a ring, necklace, earrings, etc.. The sky is the limit! We also do many ring resizings and general repair of broken jewelry and watches.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you want quality jewelry, as well as quality repairs, then you need to give our store a try. Our jewelry is made in the United States and is well crafted. Many stores sell jewelry that is made cheaply overseas, and although outwardly it may look nice to you, the quality is simply not there. These pieces will have many issues and not last very long. We want you to be able to purchase jewelry, wear it and not worry. We are constantly being told that our store is refreshing because we have very unique pieces. We are also told that our prices for repairs are the most reasonable and that we are able to fix items that other jewelers cannot.
