- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to keep things simple and honest. Before any cleaning, we always confirm the price and details, so there are no surprises later. The final cost depends on your home’s size, condition, and the type of cleaning you choose. - We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Stripe — safe and easy for everyone. We don’t take cash or checks. - Move-in / Move-out cleanings usually take longer and are priced based on the home’s size and condition. - Weekly or biweekly clients get a lower rate for standard cleanings since the home stays in good shape between visits. - First-time cleanings are always deep cleanings — it helps us start fresh and make sure everything is done right. No hidden fees, no confusing terms — just clear communication and work we stand behind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s very easy and friendly — no stress at all. Once you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and what kind of cleaning you’re looking for. From there, we’ll give you a clear quote and help choose the best day and time. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives on time, with all the supplies and equipment needed. You don’t need to prepare anything — just relax and let us take care of everything. After we’re done, we’ll check in to make sure you’re happy with the results. Many of our clients stay with us for weekly or biweekly cleanings after that — because they love the comfort of always coming back to a fresh, peaceful home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has solid hands-on experience and proper training in residential cleaning. Everyone knows how to treat each home with care — using safe products, paying attention to details, and never rushing the job. We believe in doing things carefully, so every space feels truly clean and comfortable.
