- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. We offer transparent quotes based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. Recurring cleanings receive discounted rates, and move-in/move-out cleanings include more detailed work. We never change the price after the job is booked unless the customer requests additional services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by asking a few simple questions about the home, the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and the type of cleaning needed. Next, we confirm availability, provide a clear quote, and answer any questions. On the cleaning day, we arrive on time, complete the job to the client’s expectations, and send before-and-after photos if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional cleaning and sanitation training, learned efficient home-care techniques, and studied industry-standard deep cleaning processes. On top of that, every technique we use at OP LUX Cleaning is based on proven systems used by top residential cleaning companies.
